We are looking for someone that can demonstrate leadership skills for our internal audit function where you will be reporting through to our Group Internal Audit Manager to drive our internal audit strategy.

You will be partnering with all parts of the business to make exceptional well informed decisions to keep the business on track. With this role you will have an awesome direct report that will look to you for guidance and leadership.

Skills and experience we would be looking for would be:

- An Audit Qualification coupled with either a Finance, accounting or business related degree
- Experience with reviewing processes and systems and recommending improvements and/or ways to reduce risk
- Experience managing and developing direct reports
**Business/Technical Skills**
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Solid Project and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (to a variety of audiences up to and including Board level)

There is a lot more to get involved with and this is a real leadership role that will have autonomy and make an immediate impact on the business. We are looking for someone that will want to grow within the business and further development opportunities will be available.
