We are seeking a visionary Head of Organisational Development to lead initiatives that foster a culture of continuous learning, high performance, and innovation.
**Requirements**:
Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, this pivotal role will drive strategies that enhance organisational effectiveness, employee development, and overall workplace productivity.
**What will you do**
- **Strategic Leadership**: Develop and implement organisational development strategies aligned with our guiding principles.
- **Change Management**: Lead initiatives that promote positive organisational change and adaptability.
- **Employee Development**: Design and oversee programs that support employee growth and skill enhancement.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with senior leadership to align organisational objectives with workforce capabilities.
- **Performance Metrics**: Assess the impact of organisational development initiatives and provide progress reports to senior management.
- **Research and Analysis**: Stay updated with the latest trends in organisational development and conduct research to understand the competitive landscape
**What you’ll bring to the team**
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Organisational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Extensive experience in organisational development, change management, and leadership development.
- Knowledge of the latest organisational development practices and trends.
- Proven track record of successfully leading organisational change initiatives.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of management.
