**About the role**

This is a newly created role supporting the Head of Organisational Development and will appeal to someone with a couple of years of OD/HR experience who is looking to get broad exposure across the full range of Organisational Development initiatives within a large and complex global company. You will be often working autonomously, providing support across various organisational development activities including culture, engagement, capability and leadership development. This will involve stakeholder management across the organisation including up to Leadership Team level.

**Where you’ll make an impact**
- Support the delivery of Organisational Development programs, frameworks, processes and tools.
- Support the delivery of strategic and BAU cyclical activities to reinforce and embed learning and organisational change.
- Support the design, development and delivery of learning and development programmes.
- Engage, communicate, educate and embed sustainable solutions to deliver on people strategy

**What about you**:

- 2-3 Years’ experience supporting the delivery of Organisational Development initiatives and programs of work within a large, complex or matrixed organisation.
- Strong learning design, development, and facilitation skills.
- Highly collaborative with the ability to engage with and communicate effectively with key stakeholders across multiple levels.
- Strong data collection, reporting and information management capabilities.
- Flexibility to change and adapt with can do attitude.
