**THE OPPORTUNITY**
Step into a dynamic role where you’ll lead the charge on culture and performance initiatives, empowering leaders and supporting NZME’s business goals. You’ll collaborate across the business, providing guidance to foster a culture of transparency, engagement, and top-tier performance.

In this role, you’ll be an influential advisor and a trusted partner to leadership, offering tailored guidance on performance, talent management, and employment relations. You’ll lead cultural change initiatives that champion diversity and inclusion while supporting managers in navigating complex people processes, ensuring everyone at NZME is supported to reach their full potential. Your insights will drive the development of leadership capabilities and performance management frameworks, enabling NZME to maintain its position as a dynamic and forward-thinking media organisation.

**HOW YOU'LL DO IT**
- Build influential, trust-based relationships at every level, championing open communication and a collaborative culture.
- Guide managers through change management, ensuring smooth transitions and driving cultural transformation.
- Provide expert, hands-on support in all things ER, from performance management to investigations.
- Lead the charge on initiatives to improve culture and employee engagement, while fostering diversity and inclusivity.
- Be the go-to partner for leaders, coaching them on people development and ensuring succession planning is a top priority.

**ABOUT YOU**
- You’ve got a strong HR background (5+ years) with a solid grounding in generalist HR, particularly employment relations.
- You’re proactive, approachable, and thrive on building relationships and influencing change.
- You’re the kind of person who inspires trust and gets things done, with a passion for helping people grow and perform at their best.
- As part of a small, yet high-performing team, you’ll need to be a true team player, collaborating seamlessly to drive success and deliver results.
