Our client is a leading **global** professional services firm that provides design, engineering, architecture, planning, and advisory services with a special focus on sustainable development.

**About the role**
As a People and Culture Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in delivering people initiatives that align with the organisation’s goals and objectives. You will partner closely with senior leadership, providing day-to-day operational/generalist HR support, as well as the wider Australasian P&C team to deliver on people initiatives. **What you’ll do**:

- Provide expert coaching and advice to senior leaders.
- Manage complex performance and employment matters.
- Manage the delivery of HR processes such as performance appraisals, promotions, remuneration and learning events.
- Identify and drive the communication and sharing of best practices across P&C functions to facilitate continuous improvement.
- Identify new opportunities where P&C can add value to the business and enhance the organisation’s people experience.
- Add value by identifying strategic initiatives around workforce and succession planning, talent management and performance management.

**About you and your experience**:
You will be a natural relationship builder with the ability to engage and influence at all levels. You bring your initiative to work every day and be motivated to get things done by rolling up your sleeves when needed. You will have at least three years’ experience working in a generalist role where you’ve had exposure to the full HR remit such as ER, building leadership capability, leading cyclical activities such as Remuneration and Performance reviews as well as demonstrating an ability to complete and lead various HR projects. Most of all, you will be passionate about people and designing ways to improve the HR function.
