We are currently seeking a talented HR Business Partner to join our team in this all-encompassing role. It's a great time to join, with our new plant investment and SAP implementation rollout over the next couple of years, there will be a fantastic opportunity to add value and learn in the people space, as the Business continues to grow. As the HR Business Partner, you’ll be part of our high-performing people and performance team and you will be responsible for partnering with the Business Leaders to drive people initiatives and provide support, including:
- Guidance and coaching to managers on various HR-related matters such as performance management, talent development, and employee relations.
- Acting as a change agent, driving cultural change and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Working closely with the talent acquisition team to ensure we are attracting and retaining top talent
- Focusing on enriching our employee experiences across the country
- Developing our people to support their journey within Laminex & FB
**About you**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- At least 3 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with experience in partnering with business leaders to drive HR initiatives and provide employment advise
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
