We're looking for a curious, innovative and people-focused HR professional to step into a newly created Senior People, Performance & Culture Partner role. This in an incredible opportunity to influence culture, champion inclusion, and drive performance across ANZ.

About the RoleAs the Senior People, Performance & Culture Partner, you'll be New Zealand's go-to HR expert, collaborating with a supportive ANZ-wide team. You'll partner with senior leaders to drive strategic initiatives, enhance the employee experience, and contribute to enterprise-level programs. This role offers a unique mix of autonomy and connection, including exposure to Australian legislation and practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coach leaders through performance, ER, succession, and workforce planning.
  • Navigate complex employee relations matters with confidence and care.
  • Lead cultural transformation and organisational design initiatives.
  • Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and wellbeing strategies.
  • Drive continuous improvement through data insights and innovative thinking.
  • Support leadership development and capability uplift across the business.

About You

You're a strategic and experienced Senior HR Partner with solid generalist expertise across New Zealand employment law. It's a big plus if you've had some exposure to the Australian landscape too. Naturally curious, you're driven to uncover root causes and deliver meaningful, innovative solutions with a growth mindset. You bring strong commercial acumen and the ability to balance strategic thinking with empathy and pragmatism, earning the trust of senior leaders and stakeholders alike. Your experience in organisational design, succession and workforce planning, and performance frameworks equips you to drive transformation, embed change, build capability, and shape a culture of high performance.
