Archives New Zealand Te Rua Mahara o te Kawantanga is looking for someone who is an experienced people leader to manage our collections database management team and oversee the continuous improvement of the platform:
**You will have**:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills - able to work under the pressure of multiple evolving demands without compromising quality or delivery.
- experience leading a team (of devs),
- experience in managing a database
- experience working with vendors
- experience leading the development of tactical product roadmaps based on user and business needs
- providing technical leadership
- ability to communicate complexity in plain English
- experience making data driven decisions

Each 'enterprise' has its own unique kaupapa, and through its 'partnership' with Te Tari Taiwhenua, will be supported to achieve their goals. The nature of each partnership will depend on the goals and needs of the entity.
