Are you ready to play a key role in a transformative journey? We are seeking a visionary Digital Products Manager to lead our digital product function and drive initiatives across New Zealand.

As the Digital Products Manager, you will establish and enhance our digital product capability, overseeing the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of our digital technology products. You’ll lead various digital product owners in matrix squads, ensuring alignment with our New Zealand strategy. You will drive digital strategic initiatives, partnering with stakeholders across digital and technology teams to co-design and optimize our digital assets, including mobile apps and customer tech stacks.

Taking ownership of our mobile app and online account roadmaps, you will continuously enhance these platforms to deliver a next-gen Omni-channel experience. You will collaborate closely with the Manager Digital Design and Manager Digital Storefront to bring these experiences to life. You will ensure digital channels are optimized using data-driven insights, AB testing, and customer feedback. Working with our Data team, you will leverage digital analytics to create a truly effortless experience.

Inspiring and guiding your teams in a matrix environment, you will foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. You’ll ensure that product owners and squads effectively manage their roadmaps and deliver consistent, high-quality digital experiences.

This is a permanent full-time position with hybrid working conditions, available at any of our IAG offices across New Zealand, with a preference for those located in Auckland.

We’re excited to engage with skilled professionals who possess the following expertise and experience:
**Leadership Experience**:7+ years in senior digital leadership roles, with a strong track record in digital product management, including mobile app - IOS and Andriod.

**Digital Expertise**: Deep knowledge of Agile methodology and experience leading high-performance matrix teams.

**Strategic Vision**: Proven ability to drive digital program delivery, with strong commercial acumen and the ability to navigate complex, fast-paced environments.

**Collaborative Skills**: Exceptional ability to manage relationships, influence at a senior level, and work collaboratively across teams to achieve key business and customer outcomes.
