We're taking a new approach to the way we develop and implement Organisational Development (OD) initiatives and we are now on a journey to establish a high-performing OD function within our People & Culture team.
We have a newly created, full-time permanent opportunity for an OD Advisor to provide practical advice and guidance to our people on a wide range of OD initiatives which align with our overarching organisational strategy and direction.
Reporting to the OD Manager, the OD Advisor takes responsibility as the Learning Management System Administrator and provides advice and support to the wider People & Culture team, regarding training, professional development, performance, and talent related activities within Workday. You'll have the opportunity to use collaborative, creative approaches to build programmes of work, alongside other colleagues in our People & Culture team, supporting and implementing great solutions to support our people.

**To be successful in this role, you will ideally have**:
A relevant tertiary qualification in HR, Learning & Development or Industrial & Organisational Psychology.
- Familiarity or experience with HR systems or databases. High proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and the ability to learn other software/systems.
- A growth mind-set, coupled with a high level of initiative and energy to work and collaborate with internal teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage with and manage effective relationships with a wide range of customers.
- Critical problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively process and interpret information.
Previous experience in Learning & Development or with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration or tools would be desirable, but not essential.
