As a Senior People and Culture Advisor, you will partner with leaders across the organisation to provide generalist advice, coach leaders on people and culture matters, and provide insights into people data. You will play a key role in supporting the development of the organisation’s culture, values, and talent, and work closely with leaders to align our people strategy with our business goals.
- Experience working as a Senior Adviser or significant Adviser experience
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and practices
- Experience in coaching and advising leaders
- Demonstrated ability to analyse and interpret data to provide insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A degree in HR or related field
- Ability to influence and inspire managers/leaders
- While experience with Australia Employment Law is advantageous, it is not a must-have requirement for this role
