Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role
The Principal Advisor, Learning & Development will be responsible for leading and contributing to initiatives and support our culture to enable Toitū Te Whenua to deliver to our Strategic Intentions.
Reporting to the Manager Learning & Support, you will be joining a highly motivated team and will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of our people strategies as well as lead and contribute to a broad range of L&D projects.

- Managing the implementation of our senior leadership development programme
- Developing a range of initiatives to support our leadership fundamentals series
- Facilitating courses/workshops with our people
- Coaching other team members to build learning and development capability
- Evolving our approach to performance management and capability development
- Partnering with business functions providing advice and sourcing appropriate solutions
- Ensuring our learning offerings are effectively building capability across LINZ

He pūkenga tou - Skills & Experience
- You will be from a generalist L&D background,
- A coach & mentor in a way that builds knowledge and capability
- Leadership Development background,
- Experience in a Senior L&D Advisor position
- Demonstrated ability to design & facilitate training virtually and face to face,
- Demonstrated ability to Leverage available technology (including e-learning and LMS functionality) to meet internal customer requirements.

The annual salary range for this role is $95,846 - $129,674
