**Salary**: $51,323 per annum
The MBIE Immigration Contact Centre (ICC) needs people who are switched on. To be successful in this role, you will need a passion for learning, a positive, pro-active approach to work, be resilient and have experience in a customer service environment.
As a Client Services Advisor in the Te Whakatairanga Immigration Contact Centre team, you will assist our internal, external, and global customers. ICC provides valuable information and advice to people who wish to visit, study, work or live lawfully in New Zealand. This role will give invaluable insights into MBIE and its policies. You will join an MBIE call centre team that is committed to an inclusive and diverse environment and continually building Māori capability. You'll build relationships and networks within the organisation, have the opportunity for skills growth and development and be well supported by an experienced leadership team.
**Hours**:
This is a permanent, full-time role where you will be scheduled for a 7.5 hour shift, starting at 9 am and finishing at 5 pm Monday to Friday. Once you are trained, capable and confident, there is the potential to WFH up to 40% of the time.
**Salary**:
The starting salary for our CSAs is $51,323. Thanks to our progression framework, if you like self-development and achieving goals there is the ability to move quickly through our salary steps. Within 12 to 18 months you could earn $61,528 with the ability to move to a Senior Client Service Advisor role and earn up to $66,630.
