This is your opportunity to join our Mitre 10 Imports team based at our Albany Support Centre as **Imports Supply Manager**. This exciting role will see you lead the Imports Supply function within Mitre 10 Imports (MIMP) whilst continuing to shape our processes and ability to deliver the MIMP strategy. You will join the team at a key stage and will have the opportunity to play an integral role in driving change and improvements in all aspects.

**Reporting to the Group Manager - International Sourcing and Supply Chain you’ll be responsible for but not limited to: -**
- Develop, coach, and support a high performing team.
- Investigate, understand and implement efficient and effective ways of importing product, ensuring that costs of international importation are understood and optimised.
- Establish and manage key metrics around import costs and stock on hand.
- Coordinate delivery of indent programmes to agreed schedules & provide timely & effective communications to stakeholders.
- Work effectively & collaboratively with internal & external stakeholders and ensure their service levels are maintained.
