**The Opportunity**

Our awesome client is looking for a Warehouse Manager to lead and manage all warehouse functions (Inwards, Import Containers, Production Pick and Pack, Despatch and Export) to achieve targeted DIFOT for New Zealand operations.

With 3 direct reports, this is a busy key role where you will be the supply chain leader for the company. You will manage staff within the warehouse and ensure compliance to all OH&S, SOP’s and staffing requirements are looked after. You will also participate in supply chain improvement activities including stock management, Forecasting and MRP processes for NZ.

You will drive process improvements using technology and reduce/eliminate manual processes where possible. There is a strong focus on improving Production SOP’s for all pick/pack functions.

**About you**
- 3-5 years’ experience in similar role within a warehousing/manufacturing/logistics environment
- Proven experience in modern warehousing practices and methods, including Advanced Warehousing/Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Experience working with inventory and with ERP systems (Pronto preferred)
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Ability to analyse data and develop insights
- Well-developed organisational skills including ability to set priorities and manage variable workloads and tasks to meet deadlines
- Strong people and internal stakeholder management skills
- Current and Valid Drives LicenseCurrent and Valid LF - Forklift License
