Cross Country Rentals is seeking a dynamic Administration Assistant to support our National Sales Manager. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless coordination of sales activities and efficient communication across our brands.
**What your day will look like**:
- Providing support to our National Sales Manager, completing administrative tasks with precision.
- Capturing and maintaining sales data meticulously.
- Coordinating and tracking sales activities, including customer follow-ups and lead management.
- Updating our sales database and CRM systems.
- Responding promptly and professionally to client and internal inquiries.
- Assisting in preparing sales proposals, contracts, and agreements.
