**Role purpose**:
The senior role of Business Director (BD) provides leadership for our team and our clients, ensuring excellence of delivery across all aspects of our service level agreements.

The position comes with direct report management requirements, as well as a required leadership for pulling together and managing internal specialists as required by projects/briefs.
- Taking day to day strategic leadership responsibility for a group of clients, ensuring they are getting the best advice and service that we can provide.
- Help the CSD to grow the portfolio and deliver increased revenue to MBM by identifying revenue growth opportunities.
- Maintain focus on the commercials of the account, to ensure the servicing matches the scope of work to deliver profitability. Identifying when this is not the case and remedying with the CSD.
- Focus on the “bigger picture” to provide strategic, pertinent, and concise direction that serves client needs as well as driving the internal team’s direction.
- The BD helps to shape the MBM teams’ formation of all communication and the experience that customers will get at all touch points and helps to sell the work with passion and enthusiasm.
- Helping to generate, lead and contribute to new business pitches and onboarding.

**Qualifications**:
**About you**
- Minimum 7-8 years in media, preferably media agency side
- Support CSD in accurate forecasting of client portfolio
- Ability to show strategic leadership skills that inspire those around them; both internally and externally
- Adaptability with clients and different workflow structures
- Hold relationships with key Senior Media Partners
- The ability to articulate the creative product through a communication strategy and framework that delivers the multiple needs of communication.
- Evolve and discover better ways to manage and lead client’s business; Support CSD in finding ways to operate more effectively and efficiently.
