**About the Role**

As the **Strategic Business Director**, you will spearhead initiatives to identify, engage, and secure high-value partnerships that align with ArchiPro’s growth objectives. You will collaborate across teams to drive new client acquisition, establish relationships with key decision-makers, and unlock new revenue opportunities to accelerate business growth.

**What success looks like**

**New Business Development**: Identify and acquire high-value clients, ensuring a steady pipeline of strategic partnerships that align with ArchiPro’s growth goals.

**Market Expansion**: Develop and execute a targeted acquisition strategy to expand ArchiPro’s presence in key markets, driving revenue growth and increasing platform adoption.

**Senior-Level Sales Execution**: Lead negotiations with prospective partners, crafting tailored solutions that maximize value for clients and ArchiPro alike.

**Product & Marketing Alignment**: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop compelling sales narratives, advertising solutions, and platform enhancements that attract new business.

**Data-Driven Growth**: Utilise analytics and market insights to refine outreach strategies, optimise acquisition performance, and ensure measurable business impact.

**Requirements**:
**Business Development Expertise**: Proven track record of acquiring and growing high-value client accounts, with experience in SaaS, advertising, A&D, or tech-driven environments.

**Strategic Sales Acumen**: Strong ability to navigate complex sales cycles, articulate value propositions, and negotiate partnerships that drive revenue growth.

**Advertising & Digital Marketing Knowledge**:Understanding of digital advertising solutions, audience targeting, and ROI-driven marketing strategies.

**Industry Knowledge**: Familiarity with SaaS, architecture, and design sectors, with the ability to identify and leverage industry trends for business expansion.

**Results-Oriented**: A performance-driven mindset, with experience exceeding sales targets and contributing to overall business success.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Ability to work effectively with sales, marketing, and product teams to create integrated solutions that drive new business acquisition.
