We're on the lookout for a dynamic New Business Director to lead our business development initiatives across New Zealand. Reporting directly to the Chief Business Development Officer based in Sydney, this is a hands-on role where you'll drive a connected prospecting approach and spearhead operations for new business pitches, ensuring we maintain our position as a leader in the advertising and media industry.

As the New Business Director, you will play a pivotal role in:

• Leading strategic prospecting efforts and delivering compelling pitches to potential clients.
• Cultivating and managing relationships across our agencies
• Overseeing content creation and ensuring all communications are aligned with our agency brands.
• Analysing performance and market trends to inform strategic business development.
• Collaborating with global teams to support multi-agency and cross-Groupe pitches.

Role
To be successful in this role, you'd be collaborative and adaptable, comfortable with both the big-picture strategy and the small details. You thrive in dynamic environments and have:

• Strong relationship-building skills across diverse teams.
• Exceptional written communication and storytelling capabilities.
• Expertise Microsoft Office including PowerPoint.
• A flexible, problem-solving mindset, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
