NZ Academy Learning Centre is well known in Central Auckland for the high-quality after-school program delivered to Primary to High school students and PTE tutoring to all ages.

Now our center is under the management of Z&Z management Ltd. We are going to promote our service by broadcasting it through various online channels. We are looking for a full-time marketing officer to help us reach our goal.

We will offer you a competitive salary package. You need to work at our office located in Central Auckland minimum 35 hours per week.However, it is a target-oriented position, we believe that you will work toward the goal at your own pace.

You will be expected to do:

- Contribute to the implementation of marketing strategies
- Support the marketing manager in overseeing the department’s operations
- Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness
- Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of media (social, print etc.)
- Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to promote success of activities and enhance the company’s presence
- See all ventures through to completion and evaluate their success using various metrics
- Prepare content for the publication of marketing material and oversee distribution
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth
- Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses

you need to have
- Proven experience as marketing officer or similar role over 5 years
- Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles
- Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)
- Thorough understanding of social media and web analytics
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Creativity and commercial awareness
- A team player with a customer-oriented approach
- BSc/BA in marketing, business administration is preferable

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
