**About the Role**
We are looking for a driven and motivated insurance professional to join our Te Awamutu team in a role where you will focus on managing an established portfolio of Commercial, Rural & Domestic clients. Whilst you will be picking up an established client base, you will also need to be proactive self-starter comfortable with generating new business.
Our office is located in a prime position in Te Awamutu on Sloane Street.
Some of your responsibilities will include
- Managing client servicing requirements
- Identifying opportunities for growth both within your existing client base and new business
- Providing professional, accurate and efficient responses to client needs through liaison with external stakeholders and underwriters
- Preparing proposals for new business opportunities
- Coordinating client renewals and preparing premium calculations

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- ** This role requires you hold a Level 5 Financial Services Qualification**:
- Proven experience in insurance broking
- The ability to deliver high standards of quality client service
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities
- Competency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
