What's the gig?

You'll be the trusted advisor for a portfolio of clients, many of whom have an Agri focus. You will be providing expert accounting, tax, and business advice that helps them grow sustainably. You'll also play a key role in mentoring junior team members, improving internal processes, and driving innovation in how we deliver value.

What you'll do:


• Provide high-quality accounting, tax compliance, and advisory services


• Build strong relationships and become a go-to advisor for clients


• Review work prepared by junior accountants and provide coaching


• Support clients with budgeting, cashflow forecasting, and strategic planning


• Stay up to date with industry trends, compliance changes, and rural sector challenges


• Contribute to workflow planning and process improvements


• Champion a positive, collaborative, and fun team culture

What we're looking for:


• Proven experience in public practice accounting (ideally 5+ years)


• Strong understanding of agribusiness and rural accounting


• CA qualified (or working towards)


• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills


• Tech-savvy with experience in Xero, Figured, and other cloud-based tools


• A proactive problem-solver who enjoys helping clients succeed


• Someone who values teamwork, empathy, and a good work-life balance
