Our client, a well-established and thriving business in their field, are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join their team. This role will see you taking responsibility for:
- Accounts payable
- Accounts receivable
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Matching and coding invoices
- Ordering supplies
- Customer service (over the phone and in-person)
- Providing general administration support to the team
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Previous experience in an administrator or coordinator position
- Experience in an Accounts/Finance role
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Easy-going and a strong team player
