**Job Description** Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity**

The Study Abroad Office is excited to announce the newly created position of **International Office Administrator**. This part time (0.5 FTE) position will support the Study Abroad team, and occasionally the wider international office, with a variety of administrative tasks. Ideally, you will understand the culture of being in a service role and be a people person who likes to connect and build relationships with those around you.

This is a role for someone who is energised by a busy schedule with a variety of responsibilities. Some of these will include:

- General finance administration
- Event booking
- Travel bookings
- Student & Partner newsletter
- Creating PowerPoint presentations

Please note this is a part-time (0.5 FTE), permanent position. The salary range for this role is $50,700 - $63,900 prorated per annum depending on experience and qualifications.

- Experience in an administration or customer services role ideal, but not essential
