We are seeking an Office Administrator for a well known privately owned construction Co. based in central Auckland.

**About the role**:
This is a full time busy role and you will be responsible for wide range of tasks. Hours of work are Monday - Friday 7.30am - 5.00pm.

**You will be**:

- first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- responsible for daily office administration
- ordering supplies, stock management
- assisting with cost tracking, coding, reimbursements, payments
- assisting with events, meetings and other ad hoc administrative duties

**About you**:

- Previous 2-3 years office administration experience
- Highly organised and well versed with MS Suite products
- Adaptable with a can do attitude
- Excellent communication skills
