We are a small to medium company based in Auckland. We are currently looking for an office administrator.
- Proven work experience as an Office Administrator or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- You would be responsible for the staff payroll on weekly basis.
- Create monthly reports of expenses, profit and loss and cash flow.
- Responsible for both accounts receivable and payable, cash and electronic transections.
- Keep all the company’s records up to date and compliant with the relevant laws.
- Prepare financial reports, internal audit and report to the director on monthly basis.

**Job Requirements**

NZ diploma level qualification Or two years of relevant experience substitute the formal qualification. Must be able to work unsupervised must be a team player to fit with the team Good presentation
