**What will you be doing?**

**What will you bring to the role?**
- **Experience**:You may have 1-2 years minimum experience or returning to the workforce, but ideally you will have experience in recruitment (agency or inhouse) environment or equivalent experience in a customer focussed or operational administrative role. Experience with ATS systems, ideally Greenhouse and online reference checking ideal. Having experience with Netsuite, Jira, SharePoint and ideally G Suite would be advantageous.
- **Skills**:Your communication and interpersonal skills will be a key strength, the ability to learn new systems and processes will come naturally to you. You will ideally be skilled in the recruitment process and data administration or have a desire to learn.
- **Characteristics**:You will be a team player, customer focused, love dealing with people everyday and your attention to detail will be one your of your key strengths. As a multi-tasker you will also be a roll up your sleeves person to make things happen. As fun team, if you have a sense of humour, you will fit in well
- **Education**:Tertiary qualifications preferred but a can do attitude is essential and a willingness to learn
