Stayhub (short-stay, full-service property management) and Hammond & Co (residential property management) are two innovative businesses under the same leadership, delivering excellence across the property sector. We're seeking a talented Sales & Marketing Manager to step in on a fixed-term maternity cover contract, driving campaigns and brand growth while keeping our marketing momentum strong and the Sales leads coming.

Fixed Term (Nov 2025 – July 2026, with possibility of extension)

We've got double the reason to celebrate — our Sales & Marketing Manager is heading off to welcome twins While she's busy with double cuddles, we're on the hunt for someone to keep our sales & marketing engine running strong.

There's every chance she may need a little extra time. So, while the contract is set, there's also the possibility of an extension. A perfect way to step in, contribute, and maybe stay a little longer.

What you'll be doing

  • Own the marketing calendar and launch campaigns on time, on brand, and on point.
  • Partner with agencies across SEO, paid media, socials, and direct bookings.
  • Run email and CRM campaigns that convert owners and delight guests.
  • Create, edit, and sign off smart content — from blogs to ads to social posts.
  • Support Sales with collateral that wins owners and keeps the pipeline humming.
  • Lead and mentor our Marketing Coordinator and Graphic Designer.
  • Be the brand guardian, ensuring consistency across every channel and touchpoint.
  • Maintain direct relationship with high value owners and B2B clients where appropriate.
  • Responsible  to ensure the processes and automations are in place to facilitate client, tenant and guest relationship building and retention.
  • Develop relationship strategy to connect with complementary  businesses within the professional services industry to support owner acquisition targets. These include developers, real estate agents, body corporates, financial planners, tax professionals, and other complementary businesses as appropriate.
  • Oversee BDM's incoming leads or comments that come via phone or digital channels.
  • Oversee BDM's outbound calls to targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to successful agreements or reservations.

What you'll bring

  • 4–6 years' sales & marketing experience across performance + CRM/content.
  • A track record of managing agencies and delivering campaigns that move the needle.
  • Hands-on with HubSpot (or similar CRM), GA4/Looker Studio, Meta,
  • Sharp copywriting and editing skills; confident managing creatives.
  • Organised, deadline-driven, collaborative, the one who gets things done.
  • Bonus if you've touched the accommodation, travel, or property sectors.
