Donor Care Coordinator for The Neurological Foundation

The role:This new position will work across the Philanthropy and Engagement team and the Finance, Operations and Support Services team (FOSS). They will be the vital bridge between efficient back-end operations and warm, human-centred donor care, ensuring every supporter interaction reflects the Foundation's gratitude, values, and mission.
You'll be the contact for supporters, managing phone, email, and mail queries with professionalism and warmth, providing timely and personalised acknowledgements, coordinating donor journeys (welcome packs, upgrades, milestone recognition), supporting donation processing across all channels, and maintaining accurate donor records in their CRM system (Raiser's Edge). You'll also manage regular giving stewardship and provide administrative support including reception duties and office coordination.
You will need the following:- 2+ years' experience in administration, customer service, or donor care in a fundraising role
- Experience in financial administration including donation processing
- Strong customer service and relationship support background
- Compassionate, detail-oriented, and empathetic nature with a genuine love for talking to people
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to work systematically under pressure
- Knowledge of CRM systems and familiarity with fundraising platforms (Raisely, Funraisin, Grassrootz)
