About the role

ECC are looking for a highly organised, design-savvy marketer to help them share ECC's story through bold campaigns and standout content.

You will be:

• Hands-on across social, digital, PR, and events—bringing global design trends to life in a way that feels fresh, relevant, and distinctly ECC
• Manage content creation, help coordinate campaigns, lead their social media presence and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes
• Working with influencers to reporting on campaign results, you'll make sure every touchpoint reflects their commitment to exceptional design

What You'll Do

• Support the Head of Marketing to deliver standout campaigns across NZ
• Manage paid + organic campaigns alongside media agency
• Assist in executing social strategy from planning to creating engaging content
• Keep the website, EDMs, and branded content fresh and on-brand
• Drive influencer collaborations from outreach to delivery
• Maintain the marketing calendar and ensure deadlines are met
• Track campaign results, report insights, and recommend improvements

What You Bring

• 2–3 years' brand or digital marketing experience (agency or in-house)
• Passion for design, interiors, and keeping ahead of trends
• Exceptional organisation skills and attention to detail
• Strong social media know-how with a creative eye
• Positive, proactive, and ready to take ownership
• Proficiency in marketing software, tools, and marketing automation platforms
