About the role

Working very closely with the knowledgeable and successful Account Managers you will be assisting and supporting them with:

• General client enquiries around lighting & design solutions
• Preparation of estimates for quotes
• Putting together proposals and presentations for the Account Manager, to win business opportunities
• Assisting with lighting plan preparation (after full training)
• General business and customer support

Ultimately you will be ensuring the Account Managers have the behind the scenes support to create the design and atmosphere needed for a large variety of projects – interior, exterior, commercial and residential.

The variety of the role will mean that every day will be varied and interesting, allowing you to be exposed to everything design while also using your existing transferable skills and developing them further. 

Your skills and experience

• Enjoy supporting people who are experts in their industry
• Strong customer service experience with an appreciation of luxury brands and design
• Strong work ethic with a drive to deliver great work
