As an Operations Coordinator, you will join a dynamic, diverse, and collaborative team to support our specialist radiologists as they report cases for patients all over the globe.

You will be responsible for administrative tasks and work alongside our highly skilled team of Operations Coordinators to support radiologists and clients.

We focus on people development, and you will have various opportunities for personal as well as professional growth.

- We are currently recruiting for an ambitious and motivated Operations Coordinator to join us in our Auckland office on a full-time basis.

You should also have a proven track record of delivering results under pressure and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tasks.

We are looking for problem solvers, who will never hesitate to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in. If you think you can use your initiative to deliver solutions and assist our clients and radiologists across the world, we want to hear from you

- Key responsibilities:

- Liaise between clinicians, radiographers, and radiologists based around the world
- Provide full administrative support to radiologists
- Support radiologists to report routine and urgent radiology exams by preparing medical transcriptions
- Provide frontline support to our clients - including doctors and radiographers across the world by ensuring patients’ reports are available to clinicians
- Maintain patient information
- Manage various IT systems and troubleshooting when required to avoid delays

- Skills:

- Be able to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Be able to work independently as well as being part of a supportive and diverse team
- Be proactive and able to prioritise and demonstrate a can-do attitude
- Be organised with the ability to work to deadlines and possess some administration experiences
- Be able to confidently build and maintain supportive relationships with radiologists, operations colleagues, and clients
- Be a methodological thinker with attention to detail and a problem solver
- Be computer literate with intermediate skill levels in Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Enjoy working with people and want to have fun as part of a team
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills.
Desirable:

- Possess knowledge of medical terminology or willingness to learn this
- Have strong background within the healthcare sector or customer service sector.
