- **Senior Entertainment Specialist** Overview**:

- Join TAG as a full-time Senior Entertainment Specialist, managing complex, high-end travel for VIP and entertainment clients. You'll create detailed itineraries, ensure service excellence, and support both clients and team members while helping drive revenue and innovation.
- **Responsibilities & Duties**:

- Independently manage VIP client travel, including air, rail, hotel, and ground bookings
- Design complex itineraries, ensuring budgets and specific needs are met
- Handle ticketing, reissues, and resolve client issues to the highest standards
- Negotiate vendor rates and manage profitability for assigned client portfolio
- Oversee administrative tasks, client payments, and financial reconciliation
- Ensure accurate data entry (PNRs in Galileo) and adherence to compliance standards
- Mentor junior team members and support internal training initiatives
- Maintain strong vendor and client relationships; represent TAG at events
- Identify and share business opportunities and process improvements- ** Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years in travel consulting, ideally with VIP or entertainment clients
- Strong GDS knowledge (Travelport/Galileo preferred), fares, and reissues
- Excellent communication, multitasking, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
