**Mō te Tūranga | About the Role**

As a Groups Specialist, it will be your responsibility to ensure that all hotel enquiries for SkyCity Hotel, The Grand by SkyCity Hotel and Horizon by SkyCity Hotel are dealt with in a friendly, pro active and efficient manner. In doing this, you will manage reservations through high demand periods, liaise with VIP clients, manage meet and greets with guests, tour leaders and agents.

**Mōu** **| About You**

Building strong relationships across the business including Sales, Hotels operational staff, tour operators and Marketing will ensure you are successful in this role.
