**The purpose of this position is to**:

- Manage a high volume of phone communication, building strong relationships with our customer accounts.
- Provide excellent customer services on every inbound call and proactively identify sales opportunities through outbound campaigns.
- Manage the day-to-day administration requirements of your customer whilst ensuring customer issues are resolved.
- Planning and organising yourself and others to be responsive and be able to adapt to customer requests quickly and effectively as well as driving consistent service delivery performance.
- Supporting the outbound sales team with customer and administrative support.
- Demonstrable and proven call centre/telesales customer service skills.
- The ability to build long-term internal and external relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities.
