**TELEPHONE ACCOUNT MANAGER - PARTNER CHANNEL**

This role focuses on building strong relationships with 2talk partners, understanding their needs, and driving growth through cross-selling, upselling, and strategic outbound management. Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, ensuring partner retention, and drafting and negotiating service offerings. A proven B2B sales track record, strong communication skills, and experience in the Telco or IT sector are highly valued.

- Manage and retain a portfolio of partner accounts through outbound engagement, upselling, and cross-selling solutions.
- Monitor client satisfaction and implement retention strategies for at-risk accounts while identifying opportunities for additional revenue.
- Lead conversations to understand partners' business goals and challenges, providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, ensuring seamless partner experiences and supporting product development through feedback analysis.
- Provide regular updates on sales activity, competitor trends, and partner queries, representing the team at events and roadshows.
