We are looking for passionate two (2) Accounts Clerks to join our team.

The role will involve:

- Process accounts payable transactions, including verifying invoices, assigning codes, and handling payments.
- Maintain organized records of vendor invoices and ensure prompt payment processing.
- Calculating the wages and standard costs after analysing the expenditure
- Reconciling vendor statements and resolving any discrepancies or outstanding issues.
- Support accounts receivable functions, including invoice issuance, payment tracking, and follow-up on outstanding balances.
- Monitor and reconcile accounts to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve billing and payment-related inquiries.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports and assist in month-end closing procedures.
- Compiling cost data for preparation of operating budgets, and profit and loss calculations
- Assist in preparing reports of total costs, inventory adjustments, selling prices and profits as and when required
- Handle in-person or telephonic quarries of customers and vendors

Qualification:
Level 2/12th or equivalent qualification

Skills & experience required:
Ideally have experience in a similar role

Have phone-based customer service experience.

Knowledge of Microsoft office

Can do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for clients.

Ability to think on your feet to solve problems.

Full-Time Permanent Position with a minimum of 30 hours per week

Pay between $29 -$32 per hour depending on your qualification and skills.

Job is based in Auckland.
