We are a leading immigration consultancy firm based in Auckland. We help our clients navigate the complex and ever-changing immigration rules and regulations, and provide them with personalized solutions for their immigration needs.

We are looking for an Office Admin / Personal Assistant to join our team. You will be responsible for:

- Handling the accounting and bookkeeping functions, such as invoicing, collecting payments, reconciling accounts, etc.
- Performing other duties as assigned by the management.

To be successful in this role, you may need:

- A of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the immigration industry
- A diploma or degree in business administration, accounting, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines

**Salary**: $23.50 - $24.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Morning shift
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:
