**A bit about the role**:
We are seeking an experienced motivated and committed Facilities Services Manager with drive and attention to detail who thrives on a challenge while meeting deadlines and exceeding their clients’ expectations.

You will have highly developed planning, prioritizing and organizing skills and the ability to meet deadlines while handling multiple projects. You will have demonstrated experience scoping, quoting, and delivering a wide variety of facilities maintenance tasks. You will prove your ability to develop long standing relationships with key stakeholders based on trust and your ability to deliver.

**We are looking for a team member who has**:
A high level of commitment to health and safety
Well-developed leadership, communication and planning skills, and a high level of ownership of each of your projects
Experience scoping and quoting facilities maintenance work with strong technical knowledge including a good understanding of the Building Act
A track record demonstrating your ability to deliver quality outcomes on time, within specification and to budget.
Experience managing in-house and sub-contracted labour.
