We're looking for a Senior Facilities Maintenance Support (FMS) person to join our Facilities Maintenance team. The FMS is responsible for the overall management and quality assurance of complex facilities maintenance activities within the corporate systems.

This role will support and empower a team to deliver quality, timely and cost-effective facilities maintenance (FM) outcomes, across planned preventative, responsive, Building WOF and compliance related maintenance activities and minor asset renewals work streams.

This will include development of strategic Facilities Management investment planning and frameworks to ensure that the AT facilities continue to operate safely and efficiently in accordance with business requirements and customer expectations across the whole asset life cycle.

**Key Tasks will include**:

- Provide FM staff with (financial) reports on maintenance activities for their respective areas of responsibility
- Managing the FM IWMS/CMMS system - provide functional administrative support and engage with the Business Technology Team as required
- Provide triage and smart Helpdesk support to the wider FM team
- Undertake (non) financial analysis on multiple data sources,
- Assist team planning, budget and planning processes by using SAP
- Support effective process support by maintaining the FM manual, process maps and protocols
- Monitor H&S and compliance regulations are met for all work-streams.
- Engage with vendors and key stakeholders

**Ko koe tēnei | About you**
- Bachelor's degree in business, property FM and/or asset management, engineering or other relevant equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in supporting teams / staff, preferably in a political or stakeholder challenging environment
- Experienced in financial and administrative environment (SAP)
- Experienced with data analytics and FM support systems
- Proficiency with contact management, compliance and supplier management.
- Strong focus on continuous improvement - identifying inefficiencies and recommend enhancements to systems, workflows, and reporting tools to drive long-term value and operational excellence
- Excellent relationship management experience with technical experts and management underpinned with strong customer service ethos
- Highly developed communication skills, both oral and written
