**The opportunity**

Have an impact on the future of People Technology at Beca as we transition into new systems and ways of working and focus on the experience of our people. We are looking for an experienced People Systems Consultant to join our Group Performance and Reward team based in Auckland. Our People &Culture Systems roles lead our business on all people technology-related activities, engaging across Beca with key stakeholders and suppliers to ensure our systems are running smoothly and the experience of our people is the best it can be.

Each day will provide you with a variety and challenges, working alongside another P&C Systems Consultant you can expect to be involved with:

- Working with our technology, from back-end enhancements and troubleshooting critical incidents to enhancing our people's experience when using our systems and technology.
- Leading the way with system compliance, security and managing risk within our people systems.
- Using our technology to simplify processes and build an enhanced people experience.
- Working with external suppliers to ensure best-in-class, productive and efficient technology.
- Supporting the Group Head (Reward, Performance & People Technology) with people technology strategy, supplier contractual requirements and budgets.
- Partnering right across our People & Culture, Finance, and ICT teams.

**About you**

You will be curious and passionate about people technology; you will join us in a busy and exciting role that impacts every employee at Beca.

You will enjoy working collaboratively with others to continuously improve and enhance our People Technology offering with an exceptional People Experience at the core.

You will bring your experience from other People Technology roles where you have grown your knowledge and experience with HR and people systems. You can also advise stakeholders on what a high-performing and efficient people technology looks like.

Across our team, we work with various systems, including Cornerstone OnDemand, Ramco, Ascender and Elmo, and although experience in these is not required, it would be advantageous.
