**About the role**:
On the daily you’ll be working with our Head of People and Culture, and Talent & Culture Partner - focusing on the following areas:

- Act as the first point of contact for People & Culture queries, and provide quality advice to employees and people leaders on People & Culture processes, systems, and requirements.
- Foster strong relationships across the business and work closely with people leaders to ensure high people standards are adopted through all aspects of People and Culture within the company.
- Lead learning and development activities, employment relations, and remuneration and people information systems.
- Lead the onboarding, offboarding, and general People and culture administration at RUSH, including identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Plan and execute team-building events and general employee experience team activities for RUSH, including surprise and delights.
- Collaborate with the Culture Cadets to organise key annual events, such as Mid-winter xmas, RUSH birthday, and holiday parties.
- Peer review documentation produced in the People and Culture team.

**About you**:
Ideally you will have as much of the following as possible:

- Experience in a generalist People & Culture role (or similar).
- Possess excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Be super organised with excellent time management.
- Be empathetic, and able to relate to people from a wide range of backgrounds and communication styles.
- Have excellent administration skills with strong attention to detail.
- Be keen to learn and develop with strong initiative.
- Bring a diversity of thought and culture-add to RUSH.
- Understand what is required to promote and drive company culture and values across the organisation.
