The Flight Centre Travel Group Learning and Development Facilitator (Leisure) works in partnership with Flight Centre Travel Group businesses, People and Culture, Global Learning & Development teams, Transformation, and all members of the NZ Learning and Development team.

**About the role. Mō te Tūranga**
- Ensuring an effective onboarding process for Leisure employees - analysing leisure needs for onboarding, and maintaining a New Starter Learning program that supports this
- Effective delivery of the New Starter training program.
- Facilitating training as required by the Business for any product, systems, Sales or process changes
- Using an L & D methodology such as ADDIE to develop, maintain and enhance all training materials for your learning portfolio.
- Contributing to, implementing, and driving Flight Centre’s learning strategy.

- Understands key business drivers for the business and contributes to success.
- Ability to research, write and structure training material to the needs of our people and current challenges.
- Ability to sell concepts and explain and teach on different levels.
- Proven ability to engage via different communication avenues to deliver learning (ie.Teams / phone / remote).
- Awareness of Industry challenges / opportunities.
