About the Role Reporting to the People & Culture Business Partner, the People & Culture Advisor (PA) will work with the business to provide support and consultation to managers across NZ. This is not your typical People Advisor role. As a business we are undergoing big transformation to adapt to our customers changing needs - so we are tasked with delivering a broad and exciting (read scarily cool) talent strategy to support the business. This means you will be involved in everything. While we need to keep the lights on and help with day to day things managers need from us, you will also be assisting in implementing our talent strategy. This is a deep and broad role, we expect you to own chunks of work, and you’ll get experience in all areas of People support. You will not be doing the same thing every day. If you want to be told what to do every day then this is not the pace for you (don’t worry, you’ll be fully supported). What you'll bring - 3-5 years general HR experience - Experience with rapid and complex changing work environment - Experience dealing with ER matters - Experience or a good understanding of change management principles - Enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment - Flexible with fantastic communication skills and huge amounts of drive - The ability to be comfortable with high volume workload and not be afraid to "roll up your sleeves" - Solutions focus and comfortable working in an environment which demands strong deliverables - Ability to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions - Strong internal and external customer service focus What you'll get - You will get exposure to a broad range of People initiatives - You will get an opportunity to learn heaps and grow your skillset - You will be supported by great people, you are not on your own Why you want to join us
