Join a dynamic financial services organisation as a People & Capability Advisor, where you'll play a pivotal role in delivering a seamless employee experience and supporting the full spectrum of People & Culture (P&C) operations.

About the Role

As a trusted advisor, you'll collaborate across teams to support the delivery of P&C initiatives and ensure operational excellence throughout the employee lifecycle. This role offers variety, visibility, and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful people outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with P&C Managers, Specialists, and Advisors to scope and deliver people initiatives at team and functional levels.
  • Facilitate core HR activities across the employee lifecycle, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Collaborate with P&C operational partners to drive alignment and efficiency.
  • Act as an escalation point for process gaps or knowledge queries within core HR activities/
  • Provide timely, practical advice and guidance to a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Review and refine Standard Operating Procedures and Knowledge Management documents in line with agreed frameworks.

What You'll Bring

To thrive in this role, you'll be a role model for best HR practice, known for your insight, professionalism, and ability to build trusted relationships. Your background in professional services or corporate environments has equipped you with a strong foundation in HR advisory, including:

  • Employment relations
  • Recruitment and talent acquisition
  • HR analysis and reporting
  • Enhancing the employee experience

A degree in Human Resources (or related field) and 3+ years of experience will set you up for success. You'll bring emotional intelligence, credibility, and a genuine passion for people and culture.
