Summerset is looking for a proactive and tech-savvy **People & Culture (P&C) Systems Administrator** to manage and improve our suite of P&C platforms.
**About the role**
- Oversee and maintain core HR systems including HRIS, payroll, time and attendance, learning, and recruitment platforms.
- Drive process improvements and system enhancements.
- Provide technical support and training to users.
- Deliver insightful data reporting and analytics.
- Collaborate with IT, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless system integration.
**What you’ll bring**:
- Experience with HRIS and/or Time and Attendance systems (ideally, TechnologyOne or Optima).
- Strong data and reporting skills (Excel, SQL).
- A background in HR, IT, or Business (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
- An understanding of how to interpret Australian Modern Awards (Aged Care and Nurses) would be hugely beneficial
