**Korero mo te turanga | About the role**
We are looking for an experienced Senior People & Culture Advisor to join our close-knit team. We are a small agency, and this role has breadth across HR and OD, so we need someone with generalist experience. The role works collaboratively across the agency, and you will provide expert advice that is aligned with our strategic priorities, policies, values, and best practice. You will also lead the delivery of key people initiatives for the agency.
Our work programme for the year ahead is ambitious, and our environment is fast paced, so you will need agility, a 'can do' attitude and a willingness to pitch in. Our team is collaborative and supportive, and you will get opportunities for development.
**He korero mou | About you**
You will be an experienced Senior Advisor that has:
- Experience working at a senior level providing advice on a range of people matters, ideally across HR, recruitment, workforce planning, talent management, organisational development, and diversity and inclusion.
- An ability to lead, plan, and roll out key people initiatives.
- Experience in building and maintaining effective relationships.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Effective planning and organisational skills.
- Experience working in the public service would be an advantage.
**Utu a-tau | Salary**
The salary range for this role is $104,885 - $148,073.
