**Responsibilities**:

- Highly passionate about understanding & partnering with business with a genuine interest in people.
- Experience in progressive, fast-paced environments. Global or Australian experience an advantage.
- Ability to work in a highly ambiguous environment.
- Have the ability to take ownership of key projects
- Able to support change across the organisation
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, great listener, trustworthy and authentic in interactions with others
- Must have legal right to work in New Zealand

Qualifications:

- Support P&C Snr Partners & Leads in execution of P&C strategy and support of business leaders
- Be operationally strong as well as hands on. Own & manage the employee lifecycle from Onboarding to Exit.
- Connect people, teams and organization to execute the strategy. Find ways for Managers/ Senior leaders to create meaningful connections with each other and their teams.
- Create exceptional employee experiences through the employee lifecycle.
- Previous experience on HRIS such as Workday
- Partner with the Leadership Team and work closely with other leaders across the ANZ business in conjunction with the Senior P&C leads
- Build collaborative relationships within People & Culture team internationally as well as business teams & individual employees in business.
- Drive Talent campaign in partnership with the leaders to identify, develop and retain a diverse and inclusive pool of talent and succession plans for Critical Roles
- Lead or partner (as applicable) on P&C related projects and support the roll out of annual global HR initiatives.
- Support a culture of ongoing honest and open feedback.
- Be the P&C Partner on new and innovative business projects and lead on organisation and people focused priorities. Liaising with specialist functions (Reward, Legal etc) as needed
