**About the role**:
As a Senior P&C Advisor, you’ll be a trusted partner to our leaders, providing advice across the full spectrum of HR disciplines. You’ll be part of a team that’s got your back, celebrates wins, learns from challenges, and genuinely enjoys working side by side to create something great.

**Your day-to-day will include**:

- Providing fair, consistent, and strategic ER advice to leaders, supporting them in managing complex employee relations matters.
- Building leadership capability and driving strategic workforce planning.
- Supporting organisational change initiatives and embedding our culture, values, and EVP.
- Partnering with the business, understanding the challenges and opportunities within your portfolio, and using engagement, turnover, recruitment and other key data to drive insights and support decision making.
- Utilising systems to drive ongoing improvements across all processes.
- Leading performance and remuneration processes for your portfolio.

**About You**:
You’ll be a generalist Senior P&C Advisor with experience and confidence in managing complex employment relations matters.

**You’ll Also Bring**:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a generalist P&C role, with depth in at least one specialist area.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence across all levels of the business.
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and a proactive mindset.
- Experience in using HRIS systems, data analysis, and reporting.
- A collaborative, curious, and solutions-focused approach.
- A relevant tertiary qualification in HR, Business, or a related field.
