**Head of Planning & Governance**

Platforms and products initiatives are underway with capability building to fuel these initiatives happening in parallel. Here’s where you come in.

**Your role**:
Lead development and implementation of risk & governance plans as it relates to the Digital Transformation’s initiatives and portfolio of projects. Ask the questions of ‘does the investment align with the objectives required to be delivered?’.
- Strategic Leadership: Champion risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate technology-related risks whilst ensuring the digital strategic plan goals are met
- Operational & Delivery Leadership: Ensuring the the governance and delivery framework are fit-for-purpose and deliver the results and compliance required. Policies and protocols are right-sized.
- Financial Leadership: Budget management, financial analysis, ROI & Operational Efficiency all bundled into some easy-to-understand reporting
- Portfolio Governance: Surface data to the ELT and ePMO to provide transparency on progress with the delivery and risk mitigation

**Your fit**:
A change and governance specialist you’ll have had experience driving enterprise planning and risk mitigation for large transformation. You’ll be comfortable leading people and the setup of thee kind of facilities. A doer, you’ll be happy to get stuck into the work, create frameworks, policies/protocols and build relationships and systems for the team. In addition, you’ll be an influential type, able to communicate with the board, ELT and team leads in digital easily.

Experience leading these types of setup and execution initiatives for change is critical.
